Domain Name Charges and Terms
All .co.uk domains registered at £35 each
All .co.uk domains renewed at £35 each per year
All changes to a domain will be charged at £25 per change eg
dns, domain transfer, contact details
Domain services will be carried out within 4 hours of receipt of your
instruction
Notification of changes to Domain charges will be made in writing
You can contact us between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday
to Friday except Bank holidays

Domain name renewals:
When your domain name is due for renewal we will email the renewal date and domain name in question to you and request payment by your preferred method.
We will prompt you by email for payment again if you do not renew on the first attempt to contact you.

Expiry or domain suspension:
If you let your domain name expire or it becomes suspended then you have a short time, usually 21days, to contact us to with payment to renew your domain name. After this time your domain name will become available for registration by another party.

Complaints procedure:
If you are unhappy with any service we have provided then please email complaints@shop-shop-shop.net.
We will read and review your complaint within 48hours.
Once we have reviewed your complaint we will take steps to try to rectify the issue with you by email.
If in the unlikely event we cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction. You have the right to cancel the service with us and transfer your domain to a registrar of your choice.
Once started this process could take up to 21 days to complete.
